Family is an ongoing series of large-format portraits of loved ones—friends, family, and mentees. Through the work I explore a sense of kinship with human beings and the natural world. I am interested in the reciprocal act of seeing and being seen, and in how the experience can create a deeper connection that is unique to—and endures beyond— the photographic event.
